Quick Start Guide

This guide will help you get started with LeadsFollow in just 5 minutes. Follow these steps to set up your account and start managing leads.

Step 1: Sign Up

  1. Go to the LeadsFollow homepage
  2. Click "Start Free Trial"
  3. Enter your email and create a password
  4. Complete the signup process

Step 2: Complete Onboarding

When you first log in, you'll be guided through the onboarding process:

  1. Enter your organization name - This is your travel agency or business name
  2. Set up your profile - Add your name and contact information
  3. Explore the dashboard - Take a quick tour of the interface

Step 3: Create Your First Lead

  1. Click "Add Lead" or go to Leads in the sidebar
  2. Fill in the lead information:
    • First and Last Name (required)
    • Email (required)
    • Phone number
    • Desired destination
    • Budget (single amount)
  3. Click "Create Lead"

Step 4: Explore Your Lead

  1. Click on the lead you just created
  2. You'll see the lead detail page with several tabs:
    • Overview: Contact information, working trip details, notes, communications, and contacts
    • Tasks: Reminders and to-dos
    • Files: Attachments and documents
    • Itinerary: Build and manage trip itineraries (requires working trip)
    • Quotes: Create and manage proposals (requires working trip)
    • Portal: Build and share client portal, including invoice management (requires working trip)

Step 5: Create Your First Task

  1. In the lead detail page, go to the Tasks tab
  2. Click "Add Task"
  3. Enter a task description (e.g., "Follow up with quote")
  4. Set a due date
  5. Click "Create Task"

Congratulations! You've completed the quick start. Now you can:

  • Import existing leads - See Importing Leads
  • Create forms - Set up lead capture forms for your website
  • Invite team members - Add your team to collaborate
  • Explore the pipeline - Use the visual kanban board

Tips for Success

  • Organize by status: Use lead statuses to track where each lead is in your sales process
  • Set tasks: Create tasks for every follow-up to never miss an opportunity
  • Log activities: Use the "Log Activity" button in the lead header to quickly record calls, emails, meetings, or notes
  • Sort columns: Click column headers in the leads list to sort by name, email, destination, status, and more
  • Use the pipeline: The visual pipeline helps you see your entire sales funnel at a glance
  • Portal features: Access Itinerary, Quotes, Invoice, and Portal builder directly from the lead detail tabs
