1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeadsFollow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use LeadsFollow. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date account information
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial: LeadsFollow offers a 7-day free trial for paid plans. No credit card is required to start a trial.

Billing: Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually based on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by LeadsFollow and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your data (leads, trips, communications, files, notes) remains your property. You grant LeadsFollow a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadsFollow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the Service. Your continued use of LeadsFollow after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
