Common Issues and Solutions

This guide covers common problems you might encounter and how to solve them.

Leads Not Appearing

Issue: Created a lead but can't find it

Solutions:

  1. Check filters - You might have filters applied

    • Clear all filters
    • Reset search
    • Check status filters
  2. Check organization - Make sure you're in the right organization

    • Look at organization switcher
    • Switch if needed
  3. Refresh page - Sometimes data needs to refresh

    • Press F5 or refresh button
    • Wait a moment for data to load
  4. Check permissions - Verify you have access

    • Contact organization admin
    • Check your role permissions

Forms Not Working

Issue: Form submissions not creating leads

Solutions:

  1. Check form is active - Make sure form is published

    • Go to Forms page
    • Verify form status
    • Publish if needed
  2. Verify field mappings - Check field configuration

    • Required fields mapped correctly
    • Email field is required
    • Review form settings
  3. Test the form - Submit a test submission

    • Use form URL
    • Submit test data
    • Check if lead created
  4. Check form URL - Make sure using correct link

    • Verify form slug is correct
    • Test public URL
    • Check embed code if embedded

Tasks Not Sending Notifications

Issue: Not receiving task reminders

Solutions:

  1. Check notification settings - Verify notifications enabled

    • Go to Settings → Preferences
    • Check notification preferences
    • Enable task notifications
  2. Verify email address - Make sure email is correct

    • Check account email
    • Verify email is verified
    • Update if needed
  3. Check spam folder - Notifications might be filtered

    • Check junk/spam folder
    • Mark as not spam
    • Add to contacts if needed
  4. Check task dates - Make sure due dates are set correctly

Can't Invite Team Members

Performance Issues

Issue: Pages loading slowly

Solutions:

Data Not Saving
